This morning, a group of close to ten volunteers gathered and discussed Yichao's memorial service planning and other needs.  Three volunteer groups have been formed: PR/Media, Administration and Operations.  The PR/Media group is headed by Dan, who will be the main contact for media, web and external information release.  The administration group is headed by the President of Stanford CLIPSS, who will be responsible for keeping the Wang family company, providing transportation and daily translation.  The Operations groups is headed by Nikeman, who will be responsible for all other tasks, mainly locating a funeral home and finalizing the details for the memorial service and cremation.

The planned cremation time has been changed due to Yichao's autopsy.  Since his body will not be released until next Monday, at the earliest, his family decided to postpone the cremation till next Saturday morning (2/27 AM).  We will do our best to finalize the memory home by Tuesday night (2/23 PM).
